Wapato Point Resort
The largest resort complex on the lake, Wapato Point consists of 118 acres with well over a mile of low bank waterfront on a peninsula of land shaped like an hour glass. Primarily made up of Timeshare Condominiums, Wapato Point also has a number of Full-Ownership units as well as a large single family residential development on the outer portion of the property. Tennis courts, outdoor as well as indoor swimming pools, boat moorage and rentals, a play area for children and a scenic walking path for exercise and relaxation make Wapato Point one of the state's most popular destination resorts. Key Bay
One of Chelan's newest waterfront and community waterfront developments located on the North Shore of Lake Chelan just two miles from downtown Chelan.  Amenities include protected view corridors, private community dock, a private community picnic/beach area, and a private bath house.  Still a variety of community waterfront lots to choose from for your year around or vacation home.

Lake Chelan Shores Resort
Located within the city limits of Chelan, the Shores is situated on 18 acres with about 1000 feet of community beach to serve the 131 condominium owners. About a third of the units are Timeshare Condominiums with the balance of the units Full Share ownership. The recreation amenities consist of a covered pool for the winter as well as four other outdoor pools, a boat launch docks and moorage, tennis courts, a basketball and racquetball courts and a nicely laid out children's playground. The on-site management operates a full service vacation rental program for the benefit of the owners. Many a visitor gets their first taste of Lake Chelan as a guest at this luxury resort.

Peterson Waterfront Resort
Only a few blocks from Chelan's main shopping street, Peterson's offers both Timeshare and Full Ownership condominiums on four acres of waterfront property. Owners have the use of an outdoor pool and spa right on the lake's edge together with tennis and volley ball courts. All units have great views of the lake and some even have hot tubs on their decks. Management offers a rental program for the owners benefit and Peterso's is a popular spot for those that like the convenience of being close to the center of town.
