Since its first office opened in Seattle, Windermere has built its business on two basic principles: anticipate and respond to the real estate needs of buyers and sellers, and support the communities we serve.

Windermere is a federation of individual corporations and affiliate offices, with the majority of financial ownership of each corporation or affiliate resting with the individual broker. Committed to our Communities
Our commitment to community service is sincere. Through the creation of the Windermere Foundation, we provide housing and services for homeless families throughout the Northwest by funding nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families. Windermere's annual Community Service Day provides hands-on assistance to a variety of community based projects.
